I am a former protestant pastor and convert to the Catholic faith. When I was young, I had a very powerful and personal encounter with God that produced a boldness and confidence in me that changed the direction of my life. At the time, I began preaching, ministering and working in evangelical/charismatic churches for years. Eventually, I went on to pastor a church full time. While pastoring, my personal studies led me to the early church fathers and ultimately to the Catholic faith.
I have a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, a master’s in counseling and a second master’s in religion, spirituality and health from Durham University in Durham, England. My passion and gifts are in the areas of leadership, motivation, pastoral counseling and speaking. I help others through spiritual counseling and life coaching; a process I call "discipleship deliverance." Through this process, I help people to discover their God-given potential, to identify where that has been lost or thwarted along life’s journey and to do the work it takes to restore their passion and purpose by guiding them to complete and sustainable spiritual healing. More often than not, this process also results in greater mental, emotional and physical health, as well as a clarity of life direction and purpose. My heart is for the local parish and to see individuals and families strengthened through a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ and meaningful connection to the sacraments.
